You are permitted to print and bind one single copy for your bookshelf if you like, which is why the ebook is in pdf format instead of .lit format (pdf is for printing not ebooks, and .lit is for reading. But only PDF can print or display pages exactly as they are, so i did this with the idea that people may wish to print a hard copy of the book, I would like to see people do this, and let people hold and read it, because this was my original dream, and would have been printed if i had had enough money to do so at the time. A rewrite of the book is in motion which plans to include another 300 pages of info and images, and complete what was started with the sak yant ebook. This will then hopefully go to print and should be ready in 2013

I am happy to finally be able to announce that i am able to start taking appointments for custom tattoos on Koh Lanta island, Thailand.

Although i am still preparing to open the main studio, i have a branch studio on the premises of the Lanta Emerald resort on Klong Khong beach,Koh Lanta Yai, in Krabi province.

Full autoclave sterilisation and ultrasonic cleaning is of course available.

Mostly i prefer one appointment to discuss the design,one to confirm the design, and one to make the tattoo. This means that you should not be in a total rush when you come for your tattoo. I am now in the process of moving back to the South of Thailand to open a new business. As usual i shall also be making some custom tattoos by appointment only. I shall reveal the whereabouts of my new location soon (perhaps by mid march). The shop will also have Buddhist amulets which can be rented if the amulet fits your needs and i feel like letting it go. I shall also be selling some really cool handmade Thai Ethnic stuff (which i wont reveal yet what it is). Once i am settled i hope to start a small monthly meditation and Vipassana class along with some Monks and other Ajarns whom i shall invite to help with teachings every now and then. Aso will be recieveing Ajarn Thoy sometimes to make sak yant tattoos by appointment.

Pics of my Latest tattoos
I am now alternating between tattooing privately in Singapore and working in Xotic tattoo studio in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) – here are some of my latest tattoos made there. In Singapore i am more for making sak yant and Thai ramakian deities and characters and in malaysia make more modern tattoos.

Singapore tattoo Convention 2012

I shall post updates of any news i may hear on this convention – one news is that my Ex Students of tattooing are coming from Thailand to represent their studio – Ajarn Ae and Bert from Black Sheep Tattoo in Bang Na Bangkok. Ajarn Ae is a prize winner of the Japanese category at Bangkok’s Thai Tattoo Convention 2 years ago in the Mahboonkrong centre. I shall post photos of his work soon

Tattooing at…

To update my information for those interested in reaching me for tattoos, i shall soon be tattooing out of both professional tattoo studio and the samnak of Ruesi Ajarn Mak (in the moment i am still making only private appointments at home for custom tattoos. As far as Professional studios are concerned i should hopefully be starting at Primitive Tattoo in Far east Plazasoon also. It is also possible that i may be doing some guest spots in a s new studio soon to open in Chinatown

The Samnak of Ajarn mak is moving to Jalan Limbok from the current location in Alexandra, – after the move has been completed i shall begin to install my things for making sak-yant (machine or hand made) and also Thai Mythological tattoos (machine made). As well as tattooing i shall be conducting Vipassana mindfulness meditation classes beginning with Anapanasathi and leading up to practical Jhana absorbtion methods. Dhamma classes are also planeed. If i have time i was thinking of making Khom lessons (reading and writing Khmer Sanskrit) for private tutelage if there are interested parties..

inside the Ruesi heritage in Alexandra where i shall be appearing - we are in the process of moving to the new location this month

New Tattoo designs added

I just added a few more of my sketches of Thai Mythological tattoo designs to the design portfolio page.
You should return again soon as i shall be posting new designs within a week or so as well as fotos of the first tattoos i have been making in Singapore. This week i get to tattoo hanuman and Majchanu in color with Khmer Agkara letterings and they will be interpreted in a mix of modern and traditional – the result will be impressive aesthetically but with powerful traditional Khmer sanskrit Katas around them and will recieve chanting to empower them.

Luang Por Tuad Yant Cloth

This is Luang Por Tuad on black satin Yantra Cloth (called “Pha Yant” in Thai). Made at Wat Yala temple to celebrate their 80th anniversary. Wat yala is one of the major temples for devotees of Luang Por Tuad. I have one example here in Singapore which i am willing to rent out to the interested devotees wishing to aquire it.

Luang Por Tuad/Luang Phu Piak amulets

These rare first edition amulets have varied markings arising on them as a result of the sacred wan 108 herbs rising as growth on the amulets. After the blessing ceremony of Putta pisek, the amulets were buried with a Look Nimit under the chapel for one year and then placed under the Buddha statue in the chapel for another 2 years. This technique is known as “gru” and is the traditional method for making powerful amulets. These amulets can be rented for a flexible amount as a donation – there are only 5 left of the thousand made and thus will be given to those who contact first with a respectable donation.

Welcome to my personal portfolio – I am active in Singapore in three various subjects.
Apart from my main profession of Tattooing (both modern and sak yant traditional Buddhist Yantra tattoos, I will also be involved with the distribution of various Thai Buddhist Amulets, and also will be publishing Thai Theravada Buddhist teachiings and documents in English for students of Buddhist devotional practise (such as mantra chanting and methods of revering deities), as well as assisting Arjahn David Mak (Singaporean Ruesi spiritual advisor and meditation instructor) in the teaching of correct prasctise of Theravada Buddhism, Vipassana mindfulness and Samatha meditation methods at his office here in Singapore.
